FirstKey Homes offers a wide selection of homes for rent that are currently occupied or are being prepared by our construction teams for the next resident. Through our pre-leasing program, you can reserve a "coming soon" or "available soon" home by paying a refundable Hold Fee. ("Coming soon" means that a home is currently occupied but will be for lease soon. "Available soon" means that we are currently making final preparations for this home to be available.)

Credit history will be entered into a credit scoring model for all applicants.
Verifiable rental payment history. Rental payment history, outstanding debts, and active or past bankruptcies/evictions may be considered and may disqualify applications.
Conducted for each Applicant and Occupant 18 years or older.
Combined gross income of 3.0 times the monthly rent. Are you relocating? We accept offer letters, transfer letters and remote work letters.
Applicants can also qualify with 36 months worth of rent in savings in lieu of income.
